My Services

Swedish Strokes
Effleurage (Gliding Stokes)
Petrissage (Kneading)
Vibration, Tapotement, Stretching & Joint Mobilization~
Swedish massage. The most common method of massage today, this massage aims to relax your muscles. The therapist applies pressure to your muscles and rubs in the same direction as your blood flows. The therapist stimulates the blood in the area by using their hands, fingers, forearms or elbows to knead, stroke, vibrate and stretch the area.

Trigger Point Therapy
Balancing Your Chi~
Trigger Point Therapy is a healing technique based on the principle of free and uninterrupted energy flow and helps activate the natural healing processes in each patient's body as well as to restore their physical and emotional well-being. I will help patients to reduce their stresses, anxiety, and any other ailments.

Craniosacral Therapy
Breathe The "Breath of Life"
Life expresses itself as motion. At a deep level of our physiological functioning all healthy, living tissues subtly "breathe" with the motion of life - a phenomenon that produces rhythmic impulses which can be palpated by sensitive hands. The presence of these subtle rhythms in the body was discovered by osteopath Dr William Sutherland over 100 years ago, after he had a remarkable insight while examining the specialized articulations of cranial bones. Contrary to popular belief Dr Sutherland realized that cranial sutures were, in fact, designed to express small degrees of motion. He undertook many years of research during which he demonstrated the existence of this motion and eventually concluded it is essentially produced by the body's inherent life force, which he referred to as the "Breath of Life." Furthermore, Dr Sutherland discovered that the motion of cranial bones he first discovered is closely connected to subtle movements that involve a network of interrelated tissues and fluids at the core of the body; including cerebrospinal fluid (the 'sap in the tree'), the central nervous system, the membranes that surround the central nervous system and the sacrum.

What to expect during a massage
The Journey
Most massages require that you undress and lie under a sheet. When the therapist massages an area of your body, that area is exposed and draped properly while the rest of your body remains under the covers securely draped.
The therapist must be responsible for creating a warm and safe atmosphere for you to enjoy your massage. They may do this by letting you know in advance what areas they will be massaging and in what order they will be doing so.
I have soothing music (or) nature sounds to help you relax, if music is brought by the client that is what will be up in the air of course. I have an Organic Oil, which is my preference for use, but I also have an Organic Gel and/or Organic Cream.
Soothing aromas such as lavender, rosemary and other herbs and plants will be up in the air upon arrival
-Massage Therapy-
The Best Medicine
My mission is to disrupt the world of medicine, one patient at a time. Through the
touch of swedish strokes -- I will manage to unlock the potential of self-healing
in each patient. I can joyfully say that many of them never return to traditional
medical treatments after their first visit, That's What's Up.....
